Big Sky Country		Interesting. Just sent some open black, baldy cows to tuni. Idaho.

500 mile haul, they weighed 1600 here, chuck full.

Butchered one previous week, 760 hanging.

Fat was pretty white, just been on good grass and a few baling mistake barley hay bales.

Cost about 3 cents to get them there, yards are 2 3/4 commission here, and I'm not nuts about any of them.
