I’m not against the pellet grill by any means. when I hear about people smoking their food I automatically assume it takes most of the day like a conventional smoker would.
What flavor of smoke for which food? One flavor fits all?
Ive tried a lot of different pellet flavors and have yet to tell any difference. I keep buying flavors to look like I know the difference! Fruitwood for pork and chicken and Mesquite for beef. Ive got 4 or 5 flavors on order now. |
