nebraska | Holland has a good grill in propane, you can't burn (flare ups)anything on it! They aren't cheap! They have a cast iron burner that will outlast the housing that the burner mounts to!
The downside is that they won't get real hot if you desire a sear on your steaks unless you drill out the orifice, without drilling the orifice the grill will only get to about 300° if your lucky,, and in cold weather it's less than that,,
They have a little box to put wood chips in it
If you want some smoke flavor,, it isn't a smoker for sure though,,
I have had 2 of them so far in 30 + years,, I could have made the first one last longer if I had taken alumin sheet and rebuilt the lower bottom of the grill housing where the burner mounts,, the burner was still good!!
