Subject: RE: Chemical dealers recommendations and liability

Indianola, MS
I was a cash customer at a seed and chemical dealer for years and they always asked for me to open a charge account. Finally i had time and filled out the application and realized it was also a hold harmless agreement relieving them of liability. Then later they recommend metribuzin be sprayed on a variety of bean extremely sensitive to that chemical according to University of Arkansas metribuzin tolerance guide. I feel your pain is all i can say!!
