Subject: RE: Chemical dealers recommendations and liability

I did custom app for 25 years, the last person in the field is responsible.
Example - A customer had me spray burn down on a pasture/hay field. I knew he had used Grazon in the past on some of his hay fields. I told him the risk of planting beans after spraying or feeding Grazon.
He assured me this field had neither.
Of course his beans (that did come up) were chemically stunted, nothing around any hay ring, nothing around any cow pies.
He made a claim against me, my ins. paid it even though I took the adjuster out there and showed him the proof. They paid it anyway.
That was 1 of 2 claims in 25 years, the other was 100% my fault.

You sprayed it 100% on you
