We got to see both a B-1 and a B-52 take off when we were there. The B-1 took off while we were doing the base tour, we were going down a road parallel to the runway on a small bus at the time and it shook as the plane went by. We were at the museum when the B-52 took off. My kids were 5 and 10 at the time, and they still remember it well.
