Have severe tendinitis in my left elbow.  Using a couple good braces, moderate results.  Have had a cortisone injection.  Great results for about 3-4 weeks, then right back to where I started.  Any great exercise or stretches that help?  Really need to get this to go away.  Quite painful and debilitating at times.  thx
