coast of Maine | Had foot pain ,little toe 3 rd joint in,hurt.Foot doctor 2x,injections etc,changed to keto esq diet,Feb 18 ish,lost 25 ish lbs,guess what ? no toe pain what so ever,along with many other benefits.BIL had mis diagnosed tennis elbow for 5 years yes 5 years,turned out pinched nerve in his neck,pain free now,about 10 years suffering before the doctor change.So unless you have been really ramming it with your arm check out the other possibilities.I had it once and used a tight ish tape,ortho tape I think,special pattern tape,gone in 2 weeks.Other trick use left hand more often,hehe,good luck. | |
