Subject: RE: john deere 4830 air bags

Leesburg, Ohio
If it is so much heavier on the rear, enough to be "horrible", why is it that in two of these, over ten years, with many fully loaded road miles, we do not seen to notice excessive wear on the rear tires? If you need 710's to avoid ruts, you probably would need them with any other sprayer.

Not arguing that there is more weight on the rear than the front (as there should be), just saying in my experience I have never figured out why it seem to be such a problem for a few. I think often it is Deere haters that are afraid of the "squatting" feeling produced by the soft ride.
