I am familiar with a 4710, not a 4830. I am going to assume your 4830 has leveling valves on each wheel.

Are you saying the rear bags don't maintain their proper position with a load? If so, the leveling valves may be failing or plugging up.

Also, more likely, if the rear bags aren't maintaining proper height with a load, the compressor or pressure regulator is failing. The air tank needs to have enough pressure to inflate all of the bags when fully loaded. The rear bags will require substantially more air psi to maintain height than the front.

Please elaborate on what you mean by the rear air bags are squashed down.
