NC Iowa | So you are going to eat sweet corn and ice cream in front of your wife. Somehow I think that is a bad idea. I think there is like 1000 carbs in an ear of corn.
I am in a similar situation. Lost 30 pounds. Wife lost too, but not at her goal. Low carb is just a lifestyle now and do not feel deprived by not eating certain foods. We still have a treat now and then, but usually in moderation. | |
