Are property taxes high there?

Yeah, Kansas is terrible for every kind of tax.

State was dumb enough to elect Brownback as Governor, which at the time might have seemed the thing to do. Anyways the knuckleheads eliminated State Income Tax for businesses and Corps, and lowered for everybody else. BUT THEY DIDN'T QUIT SPENDING!

While the tax cut fiasco was going on many of the Counties more than double our property taxes. So now we're right back to having a State Income Tax, right along with a now super high property tax.
