| For some reason it just popped in my head what I think you meant. I thought you meant for a guy that makes $60,000 gross per year when they work 40 hours a week, they could accrue vacation time until they were able to take 3,120 hours of vacation time in one paycheck if they wanted or $90,000.
But instead I think you were saying, say you give them 2.5 weeks of PTO per year, once they get up to 1.5 years worth of PTO or 3.75 weeks of PTO, then you start paying their PTO out in cash. | |
