North Central Illinois | Planning a road trip/outdoor vacation for the late July/Early August timeframe with my wife and a 7 and 9 year old. Going to find a cabin in NW WI for a few days, then a swing over to Darwin, MN to see the twine ball on the way home. What is worth seeing in MN and IA on our way back to IL? Son is interested in ships and such, so we want to find some Maritime museums along lake Superior if there are some good ones. | |
