And even the alcohol hand sanitizers are suspect to do much good.
A SIL nurse told my wife once if you want to kill germs use bleach. If you want to smear them around use alcohol.
Dip the hands in iodine should do the trick. That is what we used to use in the foot baths in turkey barns. :-) Will help eliminate any iodine deficiency in the same stroke. (tongue in cheek)
