Yes you do, when you stop spraying it'll over rev and parts will fly eventually. It sounds like something is absolutely backwards, like the governor linkage to carb is on the top instead of the bottom of the throttle control arm, or something stupid like that. Did you compare carbs? Are they exactly the same?
