Subject: RE: Sore feet and legs when standing on concrete

Middlesex County, Ontario
I work in industrial automation.

Every customer that has an operator tending a machine, has a rubber mat or plywood for that operator to stand/walk on. I can't quite wrap my head around how a piece of plywood makes much difference, but the operators claim the difference is dramatic and they actually prefer it over rubber mats.

I would put rubber or plywood down in the high traffic areas.

I suffered a major leg injury between the ankle and knee. Custom orthotic inserts have made a big difference in the amount of pain I feel. My health insurance provider covered it. An advil makes a big difference too.
