NE ND | I started using "Sole" brand inserts. They have been awesome. Try to find boot with softer outer bottoms. They will help absorb so of the shock too. Some models of Danner are as stiff as a 80,000 mile truck tire.
I doubted the diet thing but have tried cutting down on carbs and almost cut sugar out completely. I didn't think it made much difference until I cheat and eat some sugarery foods. For the next day my hips and knees pay for it. I didn't think there was really a correlation between them but after doing it 4 different times I am a believer that auger causes inflammation for me. | |
