I am thinking about having some of the nerve endings burned off in my neck because of chronic neck pain. It's not technically burning but some type of electrical "buzz" in a needle near the suspected nerve. Of course the Doc says he does this all the time with no side effects and is very successful at pain control until the nerve grows back. I am still a little skeptical but am reaching out to fellow talkers who have done this or know some one who has. Any comments?
Could try a neck traction device. I’ve used one a few times and get relief.
You lay down to use it strap your head on it and pump up the air to stretch your neck out. It is pretty simple and relaxing. I will try and post a link but I think you can get one off amazon for around $300. We’ll built and has its own carry case.
