wc in | I had neck pain for years. it was from looking back from a tractor with close up work mostly using chisel plow to look for rocks. it hurt that tendon from the neck to the shoulder. I ended up with a chiropractor that used a laser heat gun. two treatments and never had the pain again except for some tightness then I laid down and slowly rotated my head back and forth for 20 times. I still do that rotate head occasionaly. always laying down. of course, wont help if you have disc problems. | |
