I butchered a steer couple weeks ago and ground it all into hamburger. Using a price of 190 dressed figured it came out to 2.90 hamburger (non federally inspected) Whole thing.

Had another one that had steaks and roasts cut, similar situation not taking into account could charge more for the steaks. Its crazy.
