get it dealt with NOW! The I35 changed the way the water ran on our ground and it is now a good 5 feet lower and always causing trouble after 50 years, cant even drive across it anymore most of the way. Of course the iowa DOT told us to go fly a kite when we brought it up, told us they have more lawyers than us go ahead and sue. Didn`t give a rats patooe they screwed us up. KB
