Montana | You are sure correct about diet. I should have been way more careful when I was young. I am paying for my poor choices as a youngster. Running to jump on an Allis Chalmers WD45, got my knees many times with that little platform and slick draw bar. Bucking horses, dirt bike crashes and so many other poor choices bring consequences to old age.
I honestly wonder if some of us old guys are worth the cost to keep us going. I hope I can encourage, inspire and help others to help earn my healing. | |
