Sorry to hear of the infection. Once you get a bone ifection it is a big problem which is why the bone surgeons end up probably being the most concerned about infections of any specialties.
Keep your protein up. Drop a statin if you are on one. Get your sugars low by reducing the carbs. Get some sun.
