Thanks. The majority of my "researh" comes from Youtube, LOL. But there are a lot of good doctors and researchers there that have learned they can reach and do good for a lot more people via social media than in their private practice.

I have been watching a lot of carnivore stuff also. LOTS of people with autoimmune diseases have found remission/relief by going all meat and no plant. Wife and I are probably 90-95% carnivore now. Started out keto with lots of green veggies and over time have just slowly dropped most of the veggies.

Not everyone needs to be low carb or even more extreme, carnivore. But either can sure help those that are in need of it.
