I have a "normal" BMI in sight and my waist to height is in the healthy range. From a BMI of 30 to 25 but it took 4 months. Still having ice cream every night so I'm not miserable.
I see a lot of folks that are in that risk area by a comfortable margin. I hope they are happy and stay healthy, for sure.
