Embarrass WI
I made BBQ sauce a while back with a recipe I found on the interweb. I thought it turned out pretty good-I really like Sweet Baby Ray's but not the sugar in it. This tastes good, but it's not as thick. I baked some ribs in it and then it dried down some and became not as runny-I thought it tasted great. I used Stevia for the sweetener.

* 2 1/2 6-oz cans Tomato paste
• 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Erythritol Blend (to taste; or any sweetener of choice, preferably either powdered or liquid)
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce *
• 1 tbsp Liquid hickory smoke
• 2 tsp Smoked paprika
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion powder
• 1/2 tsp Sea salt
• 1/4 tsp Chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (or more if you like it hot)
• 1 1/2 cup Water (approximate amount - see instructions
