You have to watch out for hidden sugar like concentrate orange juice. Hard for them to come up with a product that will sell if it does not have some sweet taste. So they call it "no sugar" then sweeten it with something that is the equivalent of sugar but they don't have to call it that. Then it boils down to "how much". If it is a tiny amount and the carbs/sugar on the label of the per serving amount is not too bad it might be "ok" even if not great. But if they have put a ton of the sweetener then it may not be any better than just adding sugar.

On the steak sauce I see 1 gram carb and 0 gram sugar (which means it could be .99 gram). So as long as a person does not get carried away with serving size or if a person is not trying to be ultra low carb it is probably a good choice. <20 grams a person has to watch all those small additions. <100 gram diet it is no big deal.
