Wife and I been talking about that. Had ribs today for lunch and ate them with mustard. Wondered why we could not make a mustard based BBQ sauce and just leave out the sugar. Vinegar, mustard and spices. She is going to mix up a test batch to see how it turns out tonight as we are eating the left over ribs.
