Was at a Deere meeting in Peoria for SeedStar2/RowCommand last week and they pointed this out. On the GS2 you can manually toggle so that the boom/planter/whatever is in the proper position in relationship to the sprayer/tractor/whatever. I would concur that the proper method to address this situation would be to shut the Swath Control Pro or Raven/AgLeader section control off when doing the first pass on the endrows.
