Northern IN | I’ve been able to do it with wires. I’ve never tried it with a tree branch. Tile has to have water in it to be able to find it. At least that’s the case for me. Occasionally I get a false reading but for the most part it works successfully. I’ve never found any scientific explanation of how it works but feel it may have something to do with water affecting the earth’s magnetic field since it feels like a magnetic pull when the wires cross.
I’ve never heard of using it on grave sites. Might have to try it sometime. | |
