NWPA
I call it the busy man's diet. 2 birds one stone.

My father ate this way by accident in the 80s. No breakfast Lunch at 2 and dinner at 530 before evening milking. I never put it together till recently.

I intermittent fasted on and off for like 5 yrs now. My wife was the only reason. She did the research and dumbed it down for me. She has either done fasting keto or carinvore the whole time. She kinda was finding HER way and what worked for HER.

I was just trying to keep pace atleast some as she is pretty fit. 4 kids and only like 8 lbs more then when she was 22. 36 now.

I will fully admit if wasn't with her I would probably be a dumpster fire..... Well maybe ..... Knee pain at heavier weights may have motivated me. I will also I tell her I quit pop (soda) first. Hahaha
