Eakly Okla. | Been doing approximately 7 hours and 17 hours for a couple months. Twas way easier than I thought. I don't like coffee so good ol' water is my go to. Have gotten my blood numbers in bettershape, was border line diabetic but not now. Lost over 20# last I weighed. Happy with results. Still farming at 81 years young and don't intend to stop until I can not pull the fuel cutoff.
