Although my son and I have been helping my mom garden for the last 3 or 4 years, I think the canning and freezing will end with her (it's a lot cheaper and easier to buy veggies at the store). She has 2 big gardens and it is a lot of work. I run and lift weights but tilling and weeding on hot days are my sweatiest days of the year.
Will families go back to canning/freezing fruits and vegetables?
