That is exactly what the installers are doing at our office. Fiber to the office, then copper out to the shop (and from the outside fiber box into the office). Or they will do once this corona virus thing passes. The contractors put in all the fiber and cable outside, but none of the inside installation can be finished till the workers are allowed to go in peoples offices and houses.
