Talked to a guy who got laid off last week due to Coronavirus.

He was bringing home $450 per week. Now that he is laid off his unemployment benefits will be $350.

Then he said the Stimulus package will add another $600 per week to his benefits. This means he will be getting $950 per week to stay home.

Something is not right with this. The politicians sure did a wonderful job with the Stimulus Package.

Go figure......

If you want to get money into the economy, this is a great way. They will spend every penny.
We tried giving money to big businesses in the form of a tax break to stimulate the economy, and they spent it on stock buybacks to run up the price of stock. The same stock they were getting as compensation. Go figure.
