Yes, I am very picky. Young doe. Tenderloin, seared then cook to med-rare at most. Jerky anything else. I cut up myself. If I pay to have done I will eat beef instead.
But I was out last week and had at least 40 deer run by me. I'd like deer herd cut in half. I think it would be much healthier.
CWD, will you still eat deer?
