I’m saying oil companies will not use ethanol no matter if it’s cheaper, cleaner, safer.
If cheaper is the metric we are using then ethanol usage should have been through the roof up until recently. I’d have no problem saying oil is cheaper now so we use less. When ethanol was considerably cheaper they wouldn’t blend it.
