two major independent canopies committed to e-15, and we were starting to see some pull through on e-sales. Then two unfortunate events, the value of RINS dropped because of the refinery waivers. These canopies do their own blending which puts the value of the RINS in their pocket----loosing that disincentives them to blend. Two, this virus is killing gasoline consumption.
