I have a 16 row machine and 12 ton tank. If your ground is pretty flat your 235 should handle it ok. I spiked the HP in both of my 235's and they would handle it at 6 inches. Much deeper would be a problem. Having said all that we run ours on a HP spiked Steiger 350 and it handles it easily. .
