I learned about Armstrong when he was still in prison and read a lot of his letters from prison. I always found what he had to say interesting and thought provoking.

I do not follow him as such but any time I see his name in an article I do read the article so kind of sorta follow him casually.

I also thought of that phrase you mentioned, "never let a good crisis go to waste" quite a few times during this escapade. I think there will be a lot of power grabs just like there were after 9-11. People seem to be anxious to give up freedom for the perceived safety of having government protect them. Not a good path, in my opinion.

I will read Armstrong's blog, but in the mean time I thought of you while re-watching this video. The whole video is good, but skip to minute 25 to find the part I was thinking about you. It is about your beloved beans, LOL.
