Thanks for the input, we would agree the timing isn't the best to ask, but with the virus in our county the she is weighing the reality of her costs involved and the scales seem heavier than usual not in her favor.
I'm hoping she can at least suggest the hazard pay incentive program among her co workers and boss (who would also benefit as a unit employee)
