SW Minnesota
As I recall the Statute of Frauds says that any interest in real estate of more than one year has to be in writing. Arkansas might have passed a statute of its own. You better have a copy of it when you walk into your meeting. I also know that my state Minnesota does not have a termination date set for termination of ag leases but Arkansas might so you need to have a copy of that one for your meeting. You will do better if you go in prepared with paper and ae not spouting off.
