Why would a guy making 60K a year stick his neck out for 75K worth of equipment without a agreement? If I go to court I believe that a judge will see my side of that.
How many years have you been haying it?
2000 bales at $50 a bale would be $100,000. Enough to pay for your $75,000 of equipment in one year.
