| A couple threads below about auctions got me wondering about dutch auctions for land sales. I've only heard of a couple, but have never been to one. Have any of you ever gone to one. Did any of you buy? Do you feel it brought more money than a traditional auction would have?
For those wondering what a dutch auction is, it is an auction where the auctioneer starts at a high price and lowers it bit by bit until someone takes the price offered. First hand in the air wins.
