| First example I recall seeing, was in the early-morning fish markets on the Lisbon Portugal dock. Overnite fishermen brought in their catches, set a price on them, and the best restaurants and hotels got first pick of the lots by nodding their heads. One thing that impressed me was an extremely quick and efficient distribution system. Would wonder, however, if it's really the best way to distribute real estate?
