I was thinking why can't they run adds about you can cook a steak in an indoor stove in less time than you can a frozen pizza. What it costs for a steak dinner at home vs going out to eat. Have heads for simple to fix meals at home with other less expensive cuts with all of the restaurants closed or adds for simple quick meals
In our viewing area there have been commercials promoting beef on the NBC station, nothing incredibly specific but good exposure with all the fake meat ads out there.
This doesn't represent the whole country but in the office i work in it sounds like people's general consensus that more people are wanting to grill out/smoke big lavish meals at home since they can't go to a restaurant. I called a local butcher today to get a slaughter appt. today and got the last appt. til December, they said they've been flooded with calls of farmers wanting custom processing to sell meat.
The public is still eating meat I can say that is for certain... |
