12ft really doesn't give you enough room to even pull a box scraper down. Im guessing this is considerably cheaper than concrete? I'd go 20 gives you room to clean better.
Take pics when your done and when your cleaning off. This is intriguing never would work in my part of the world where a dry spell is usually welcomed
