MN | You covered most of it. The inputs will be covered straight across. The buyer may end up buying some seed from me to keep me in the discount bracket- that could be a challenge and they would get seed that they may not have been interested in(although that's not my problem.) I hadn't figured any ARC/PLC payment which I probably won't even try to calculate but it is part of lost revenue that the farm could have generated. It is not a small tract and near 10% of my operation. I think I can present the number and let them decide. The buyer was willing to wait but the seller wants the cash yesterday, buyer wants possession if they have to pay now, which makes sense. The story I get has changed multiple times since it came up for sale.
