NW IL | However it works out you have a certain amount of legal rights since you were locked into it in the fall. I think September it the cut off date for changing renter and it holds up legally. As to buyers vs sellers, not sure who you'd have to settle with, but if it goes to court you do have legal standing to get something for the change in tenants or a legal right to farm it for this season yet. Might need to find a good lawyer. | |
